At Mother Nature's Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly fashion. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, sustainably-sourced garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
